He got them for free because they were just giving them away at the end of the fundraiser and the kids were just getting a lot of bags if they knew the older kids who were working the booth. I chose Doritos.
He also had a miniature toy duck. If incoming students spoke to a teacher during the open house they would each get one duck. If they made a team and pooled their ducks at the end of the hour, their team would win the competition if they had the most ducks. My son’s team almost won but lost in the end so he took a duck back to give me. I put the toy duck next to the classic Korean duck couple all Koreans have. My son is 180. |
