yeah, but that's nothing new. the MKultra shit spotlit LSD and other trendy drugs from the 60's, but it goes back even earlier than that. even though foucault was a rather nasty pederast, he correctly identified the intersection of government and pharmacy as an obvious vector of power and control, and that this went back at least to the late-1800's.
