You are going to give yourself diabetes from fasting like that, but congrats on the weight loss. Once you’ve crossed under 200 you should dial down the intensity and only lose 2 pounds per week. Eat breakfast and eat healthier not less.
For years my mother warned me that I was going to be diabetic for skipping breakfast. I just don’t get that hungry.
Then when I started going to court every morning and afternoon I wouldn’t eat until dinner.
Last blood result was pre diabetic. I started eating breakfast and was doing good for a while and I didn’t eat until 3 pm today. I’m getting super busy again and I forget to eat. I need to get my blood taken again and hope it’s not worse.
Watch The Biggest Loser and those people eat three meals a day. There’s mandatory calories and they still lose like hundreds of pounds. You have to eat.

Skipping meals like breakfast and lunch can lead to diabetes even if you're not overweight because it disrupts your body's insulin regulation. When you skip meals, your blood sugar levels drop, and your body may overcompensate by producing more insulin when you eat later. Over time, this can cause insulin resistance, where your cells don't respond well to insulin, leading to higher blood sugar levels. Additionally, skipping meals can cause irregular eating patterns, leading to larger, less balanced meals that spike blood sugar. These factors increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, regardless of weight.

Right. I am just starting on cardio seriously, but I have been happily living on under (often significantly under) 1500 calories a day with only lifting and working like a maniac as usual.
While I have tried other things and do eat them on occasion, I eat chicken breast, canned cheap tuna, fish, shellfish, pork loin, top round steak (I prefer this to low fat ground beef), sometimes strip steak/filet/porterhouse/t-bone if on sale, 100-200 calories of fruit a day (I cut back to 100/day), and low calorie veggies (broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, zucchini), I also get ~100 calories from gummy vitamins and creatine and electrolyte zero sugar drinks. I will have eggs sparingly and eat egg whites when I need filler.
I have not had rice, wheat, oats in two months (and then not much), I tried potato and sweet potato, but I found them counterproductive.
No sugar or seed oil ever. I don’t even use Pam olive oil spray. I also don’t do protein shakes, dairy etc.
Comparing what I have eaten since I started to EVERY SINGLE ONLINE PERSON OR DIET, mine has more lean protein, seems healthier than pretty much all of them (at least has no processed foods, sugar, oil, dairy etc. is low fat, and high protein). And it’s sustainable (if you have discipline).
BUT I am losing ~1lb a week now, and I am fine with that as I am getting bigger, stronger, and more ripped.

When does 1. Additional Lifting and 2. Additional Cardio become A. non-productive and B. counterproductive (assuming you have the net same calorie deficit).
X hours a week of lifting, Y hours a week of cardio
For example, it’s basically unheard of to see a strong, bulky distance runner so at some point cardio hurts gains. And I have heard you can over lift.

For what? Entirely dependent on your performance goals. If you just want a great physique, depends on how much mass you want and how lean you wanna be, but if you're cutting them ideally you want to maximize how much food you can eat while still being in sufficient deficit.
You have the relationship backwards -- it's not that cardio hurts gains if you're diligent with your doet, it's that size exponentially impairs cardio. Way harder to run while big than to get big while running. I know a guy who weighs 235 and runs a 33 minute five miler. He also clean and jerks in the low 400s and pulls 700+. He put on most of his mass after he was already a good runner.
I can't give you a measurement in hours for either. I don't know how many calories you burn per hour doing your cardio of choice. An hour of swimming and an hour of running are so different. I can tell you, though, that if you want a 500 calorie deficit, you'll feel way better doing that while eating 2000 calories than 1200, and the way to achieve that is cardio.
As far as lifting, I can't give you a time measurement for that because I don't know how you spend your time in the gym. You should think of volume, however, in terms of weekly sets per muscle group. I don't know what your individual response to volume is, but you should figure out how much is too much and impairs your recovery / slows progress, and then back down from there and see how you perform. Renaissance Periodization has good general benchmarks for volume for each muscle group, but your specific needs may vary.

I think the biggest lesson here is that "starvation mode" is flame and you will continue to lose weight linearly as long as you don't eat, and do some physical work

My girlfriend got out of jail tonight... I called the lobby and they said "she'll be released in a couple hours, the other county called us and theyre not coming to pick her up for her warrant there [she has warrants in multiple counties]"
OK. So I get in my car and drive the 30 minutes to get there. I call on the way just to see if I have time to bring her some clothing and they tell me "whoops we actually released her 30 minutes ago." "Did she try to borrow your desk phone to call me?" "No, she didnt even ask."
So I turn around, depressed. Now, I know the area of the den she frequents (call it Skid Row). So I drive there and by divine Providence actually spot her, still wearing her orange jail shirt. I get out of my car. By this point im pumped full of adrenaline since the whole thing was really tense. I go "cool let's get in car, we're going home!" She starts following me but then says "no i got a hotel, I want to be alone." I couldn't believe it. So she walks away from me. I drive away and shout to her why dont we get a meal or something, and ask why she didn't bother calling me from the jail lobby... she claims she had no phone, I told her she could have used the guard desk phone... she gets all sour with me and reiterates that she wants to be alone in her hotel room, but says "i still love you."
Im fucking hurt badly, I loved her and gave her good money on her books every week she was in jail.
BUT I knew this all was a possible outcome. I tell this itt because the reason I lost 40lb was when I fucked her over 2 months ago before she went away I felt disgusting, and that was the motivation to lose weight. And when she went to jail, as I paid her commissary i said to myself "if she leaves me, this money was worth it because she was the one who motivated me to get back in shape."
Overall just more weird depressing bullshit in my life, God save me.

Anyway I assume ill hit 175.0 tonight or tomorrow morning, maybe tomorrow night. I feel great, having lost 45 pounds. People look at me in the street, I literally get looked at everywhere I go, which used to never happen. I do have a good bone structure but it was always hidden beneath fat. I did lose some facial symmetry when my son's mother broke my nose 4 years ago (the plastic surgeon who reset it that week literally did nothing to fix the crookedness) and my nose is now a major source of discomfort every time I look in a mirror. So dealing with that has been a challenge- I basically have different mechanisms for handling the negativity and like all adverse experiences it can become a vehicle for spiritual improvement.
In fact it serves as a reminder that negative thoughts lead to negative feelings and a distancing from God.
