The Appellate Court judge overseeing the Ghislaine case is going to vacate her conviction as the evidence has 'gone missing'. This case is over, both varieties of age of consent feminists, left & right, have been defeated by Trump.
There's no reason for her to make a government deal when she can walk away with no jail & no civil liability due to missing discovery/evidence documents.

1) link to evidence the jury relied on "disappearing." idk how that could even happen if we're talking about paper records. it would be in the record and in the possession of multiple attorneys and le agencies. they all lost their copies?
2) no, an appellate court would not vacate a conviction unless there is some argument the missing evidence was unreliable and even then its a stretch. vacating convictions are very rare.
3) it would take multiple judges. the fact you dont know that the federal appellate court sits on panels (and that her conviction has already been unsuccessfully appellated) makes me think you don't know wtf you're talk about.
