It was useful in CA because they only give you a tiny black bin, to encourage recycling and composting. But here they burn the garbage for electricity, so they give you a giant black bin and are always asking people to throw away more paper and plastic to fuel the incinerator.
But in CA it was useful b/c you could put 100lbs of trash into a small can. |
