i visited my grandma who had terminal cancer with my family when i was 15 and she started bawling and lamenting about how it was the last time we'd see her. in a very terrified, manic way. she had always been extremely calm and loving. my parents rushed my sister and i out of the room, and that was the last time i saw her.
still very sad to think about this since i wish i was strong/mature enough to spend time with her, instead our last memory is me being ushered out crying myself. |
