The Seattle Redditors sound downright proud of how shitty it is and how of course everyone should know that the area right downtown where all the hotels are is apparently the shittiest part of Seattle.

Fucking retards saying not to stay where all the hotels are in the heart of the city but lol they should have gone to Seattle and stayed in West Seattle or something? Yeah thats exactly what tourists want. And that shit area by the hotel is almost indistinguishable from CBD and basically all of downtown.

Many of those Redditors were probably the very people on the street she was criticizing. No surprise they took it personally.

honestly downtown kinda just sucks in general

although the older i get the less that any downtown in any city appeals to me. i'd rather be outdoors or at some establishment where there's something to actively do other than....walk around and buy stuff

Water front and Seattle Center used to be nice tourist draws. We used to have a membership to the aquarium. But yes, natural draws in the area like parks etc are much nicer. Still, fucking Cleveland has a nicer downtown than Seattle.

"Seattle has many goods parts too and is known for its rugged Pacific beauty"

"It has plenty of ocean access, mountains, and greenery to enjoy outside of the drug-infested areas"
