I ask because three of my "night crew" were eating our own rotisserie chickens out of the bag in the parking lot at 11 PM like animals last Tuesday.
I said nothing. I watched from the breakroom window.
The chickens have been sitting under the heat lamp since 2 PM. Nine hours.
There are protocols.
I have raised this with Tabitha, who documented my "concern" on a sticky note and stuck it to her Big Gulp.
I have sourced high-quality pep (hehe) from three separate regional distributors. I have studied the cold chain. I have credentials in this area that would astonish most people.
No one asks.
