I've watched it at least 10-15 times. It's easily in my top-5 live performances, which is insane considering I usually go with specific songs for top performances. Entire sets are too variable and you'll rarely get the utter perfection of the 1985 Live Aid performance.
Others in my top 5 are comparatively pathetic when compared to their body of work, but: Iris - Goo Goo Dolls (2004 Buffalo performance) is up there, too. I briefly dated a girl in college who went to that show; apparently it was awful because of the storms. Same with the 1999 performance of Watchtower by DMB & Santana in Philly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00EvXtJzlbI
I'll also add the 6/22/13 performance of "Spoon" by DMB w/Brandi Carlile, but only because of Jeff Coffin's performance. One of my favorite sax solos of all time.

IDK. Feels a little too open-ended to just be straight up time traveling.
I'm going to fight the hypo a little bit and name a show that I could plausibly have attended had circumstances been a bit different.

would be cool to see the sex pistols in that time and place but really would like to see what morrissey, the doods from joy division/new order et al were like as teenagers

I bought it on DVD shortly after it came out.
I've been here since the exodus, but I finished undergrad before I turned 21. So I'm probably one of the youngest that was around for that.
The lack of new blood around here makes me feel like I'm still in the youngest half of poasters.
