So the answer to my own question is that you have to hold your breath for five seconds and flex after high ROM flyes, but I want them popping all the time. I am probably high teens body fat (realistically). 10% is going to be a challenge. 12% I think I can do.

—no, I kill four of my chickens every morning, harvesting, deboning, and skinning the breasts and thighs and that is my food for the day, grilled on a stick over a wood fire. The remnants of the chicken carcasses I toss into the creek as food for the aquafauna and where on Friday morning I spear fish for my sustenance yielding limited, but diverse, meat free meals.
