Factoring in everything you know about the trial, the judge, the jury, etc. do you think Trump will be convicted? If you’re predicting a hung jury then you’re predicting that no he won’t be convicted.
I’ll start: I think he’s toast. Stormy Daniels did way better than she should have and Blanche fucked up today by getting too far in the gutter with the witness and making things personal to himself. The jury sees the prosecutors as the more competent side, and the State’s case is made by documents and recordings that prove Trump’s version of the events is bullshit and gives the jury permission to look past both Cohen and Stormy’s obvious bias. I know all of you cons watching Fox News coverage think that Blanche is a genius and he’s been dominating the trial, but in reality he’s been pretty bad and based on his opening I highly doubt he’s capable of some amazing closing to save the day. |
