I've been to Manila, Bangkok, almost every major European/Asian/NA city, Tijuana...Of these Manila was probably the worst while every city (except the first world/chinese cities) had the oh it's safe but just be careful warning. |

One of the cool things about Medellin is that the wealthy area where all the foreigners stay is heavily policed. So, you can safely walk around by yourself at night there. |
