From a macro-historical POV, the thing that will stand out about DJT is that he is approaching POTUSSY like a Roman, building and *doing* shit.
Breaking ground, building something new for the future - even imagining a future sets him apart from his predecessors, who mostly managed decline and promised to ease the pain.
Clinton was about feeling your pain, Bush was about cleaning up the oval office mess and getting revenge for our great grief, Obama was about assuaging black hurt feelings, I dont even know what Biden was about. Same for HWB. Just holding status quo I guess.
Trump actually has some vitality, and in 800 years diggers and scholars will be like "huh, looks like they built this addition much later than the original structure" and "it looks like it was meant to be a place for dancing"
fwiw I think its far too late, but it is nice to see some energy, however futile
