Eating a ton of fiber will make you take large, frequent shits. What makes you think this is a lie? I'm not exaggerating when I say I eat 300%+ of the recommended daily amount of fiber. It might even be closer to 400%. All that bulk from the fiber comes out in large volumes.

This happens to me very often due to my excessive fiber consumption. The shits also come out very quickly and relatively cleanly due to the fiber. I don't have to sit there for 10+ minutes.

Sometimes I take three shits in a day.

I haven't added it up, but I would be surprised if I'm eating closer to around 400% of the recommended daily amount of fiber. I eat two cans of black beans a day, which alone is over 200% if I remember correctly. Combine that with unprocessed foods with lots of natural fiber and I'm easily over 300%.

The food I eat is low in calorie density as a result, which means there's a lot of unprocessed fiber as bulk to fill me up and generate enormous shits.

This is just my regular diet to maintain my weight of 195-200 lbs at 6' 2".

Having been very physically active for nearly all of my life, I've always been lean apart from times when I intentionally gained weight. However, by my early-mid 30s, it became clear that two things were changing: I couldn't exercise as much, and controlling my weight wasn't as easy as before. While I can't control naturally declining energy levels as I age, I can control what I eat. By adding a lot of fiber to my diet, it became easier to control my weight.

Whatever fats on the internet will tell you, your peak potential for athleticism and physical activity starts to decline in your early-mid 30s, and you have to adapt. People who tell you they're in their best shape beyond age 35 or so were fat and/or lazy in their 20s and might be on TRT and Ozempic now.
