Her ex-bf testified yesterday that she confided they had looked into and priced hitmen, and that she seemed to want details as to his travel plans. (Had he stuck to his plans, he'd be near crime scene and the time of death). This suggests she knew at least a week ahead of time.

Common sense indicates that she would want to be involved with timing, as her kids woke up in the murder house that morning. There is also the question of how her brother, indisputably involved, knew her ex's daily schedule, which likely had to come from her.
