Date: September 24th, 2022 12:27 PM Author: Pearly Newt Bawdyhouse haven't read the conduct rules for his state but every state i know of requires this. typically any negative bar decision in one state is automatically forwarded to states that person is already admitted to anyway. let's say new states says tsinah is tsinah and forwards it to his home state. then his home state will be forced to either disagree with another bar's factual conclusions (they *REALLY* don't like to do because of comity) or tsinah will at least have to show up there and explain himself.
it's a bad scene. one of my good friends specializes in bar hearings and some of his war stories are horrific. |
