Date: February 23rd, 2023 1:25 AM Author: Godawful church building yes exactly.. for social mammals reality is constructed socially especially especially especially for human beings who have evolved to have an unconscious mind that deals with the fear of death and this mitigation of death terror is accomplished many through the unconscious mind using social constructs such as culture, Leaders tribal leaders and so forth. this is why as people get older and death fear goes stronger they psychologically bind more closely to culture religion and other social institutions.. the the most important truth is that reality is socially constructed for homo sapiens.. I recommend the excellent book by sociologist John shoemaker wrong spelling there but anyway the book is called the corruption of reality.. meaning that humans have to corrupt and change reality in order to handle existence (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5295486&forum_id=2...id#45969825) |
