I take a cold shower after working out at work, wear cotton undershirts and change before I leave the office. I have had a couple times where at home coaching I did notice a slight odor. But otherwise nothing. I've asked of I smell, and nothing. Plus I tell myself a slight odor is pheromones that activates some base level attraction in women not on the pill. If I'm bathing every day (after working out in the morning), I absolutely do not need it for a normal work day.
That said, this started after I started using finatseride. It's possible that I'm only able to get away with this because of the fin.
Also should note that I'm in exceptional physical and metabolic shape. It take A LOT to get me to sweat. I also wear a t-shirt every day and I only wear a jacket when it gets below like 40 degrees. And even then, I often just wear a buttdown shirt as a "jacket".
When you're in really good shape you are basically neutral to temperature. Takes a lot to get hot or cold.
