rate my new job

Date: August 11th, 2025 8:25 PM Author: diverse immigrant property i have like 3 meetings a week. 0 direct reports. the work is easy to do and i don't need much of anything from anyone else to get it done. i see my boss maybe 2 or 3 hours a week total usually in meetings with other people. he is never Green on teams. Whenever I look he was last seen between 20 and 50 minutes ago. He logs in between 8:30 and 10am and is offline by 4pm. He has recurring meetings from 8-9am and 4-5pm every single day that are definitely not real. I make 140k per annum. before this i was making 195k per annum but i quit because im gay.
