We got ourselves up at the crack of dawn and did first round of gifts from Santa (I got all the unopened toiletries from under the sink that we bought at Costco’s but haven’t used up yet and a stocking full of oranges, kids got toys). Then we had coffee and my wife had a mimosa, then we did the bigger gifts under the tree. Heading to my in-laws house in a bit and I think they’re doing like manicotti and maybe shells and sauce for dinner. Tomorrow or possibly this weekend I will smoke a pork butt on the Weber kettle. Still, lol at the idea of you in a big old New Jersey mansion with 1980s interior decor, waiting around for daddy’s steak. Laughing out fucking Loud. |
