Date: January 11th, 2026 10:00 AM Author: irradiated toaster yes, it's a perfect wedge. years ago there was a study where they'd show people video of a protest being broken up and ask the test subjects if the police violence was justified. but the testers used two versions of the video that were identical except for the political viewpoints of the protesters. not surprisingly, the political views of the test subject drove their analysis.
in this one, it's worse by orders of magnitude. |

George Floyd was that way. He was in fact a lifetime criminal who was full of dangerous levels of drugs. The cop was not on his neck. But that video was brutal to watch and if the cops are going to kneel on someone in handcuffs for 10 minutes straight most people would say they deserve some liability if the perp dies while they’re still kneeling on him. I am among that crowd.
This Christian Minnesota Mom gunned her car with a fucking cop standing in front of it. Her car actually hit him. It is completely unreasonable to view this as anything other than a justified shooting. |
