Sinners - This movie is extremely well crafted and amazing to look at for the first 60 minutes, then it gets to the "action" and plot which are just stupid and poorly done.
Frankenstin - I feel asleep halfway in. Don't think I'll try again.
Weapons - this is a pretty fun horror movie. Not sure i ieven understand the alleged deeper meanings, but it was cool as horror
Avatar 3 - its an absolute triumph and James Cameron is a genius - the visuals rival Saving Private Ryan, but it would be torture to watch not in 3d (and even in 3d i have no desire to spend any more time on Pandora with the Navi) |

Sentimental Value is a great arthouse film - it's in Norwegian so have to be cool with subtitles.
F1 the Movie was surprisingly good. Brad Pitt is so fucking cool in it and the racing scenes were very well done. It's not going to win any Oscars but found it to be a much better movie than I had expected. |
