You've got two, possibly three options here. Sniping is going to be the quickest and easiest option, and it's definitely going to be the easiest to pull off without leaving DNA behind. Step 1 is to determine your range. Where does he live? Where does he work? Does he have any hobbies like hunting or golf? Do your homework here - you're looking to keep the shot under 200 yards, and your target needs to be alone. The problem with the first two options is that murder is really difficult to pull off. You'll be spotted on camera or caught in a lie, and the noose tightens from there. Imo, the best plan is to avoid putting yourself in a situation where you have to lie about anything they can disprove. The best lies always stay as close to the truth as possible, and so do the best murders. Engineer a situation where it's your word against his, and he's dead. if by help you mean assist in committing murder (in minecraft, exclusively), i'd probably:

- get a small, .38 revolver, something with enough caliber and rounds to do the job, but leaves no shell casing behind. buy it from an individual, be forgetable

- get the most generic ammo possible, pay cash, and ideally buy it from a store without heavy video. do this at least 30, if not 60 days prior to the crime so there is potential the video cycled
