the lawsuit would be patently baseless. he's not ultimately going to file it, he was just blowing steam. but even threating the lawsuit makes him look like a dipshit, considering all the political capital he blew, unsuccessfully, to cover up the epstein files, only to have them start getting released and it turns out he's all over them. yeah, that's a subject the POTUS should act really sensitive about! definitely don't just let that roll off your back and keep it moving, nope, make an angry poast on truth social about suing the guy who made the joke. |
