Their high end AM5 CPUs have started catching on fire lately, making smoke. At least Intel fixed whatever the fuck happened to it's 13th and 14th Gen.
Also the new Core Ultra Intel chips are great. They say they have the CPU governor fixed so there's no latency issues. AMD is using the same technology now, putting e-cores on the die, so they no longer have the advantage of a unified design. You'll need a GOVERNOR in your all CPUs forever now.

This is the one I think I was thinking of. The 9950X. People are having all kinds of issues with them. I haven't read this review yet but it's only 3 stars

I have a 5700X on my main server and won't switch to AM5 because of the way ECC is implemented. Plus these new chips suck dick.
EDIT: review says core parking is fucked up. Intel fixed that in the Core Ultra 9
