And it took several years to reach my PB. But it was fun while it lasted. Interval training was huge for me. 400 X 12 all timed, til I puked. |

4:00 is huge - buddy of mine who placed 8th in the olympic trials 1500 at 3:36 (a time that easily paces under 4:00) but never actually broke 4:00 in a mile (mostly because they don't run the mile much, and when he did he ran literally 4:00.10 - his greatest regret)
