Not flame I had to come up with $100k extra the two days later for ernest money. I took some money out of SPY. Then they’re not ready to close a bunch of delays until yesterday. I lost thousands. Nothing crazy but pissed. $70k over ask btw.
I finally move in yesterday and at the closing they’re giving me all “be careful with this and that etc it’s history!” It’s a 1997 house so stfu I bought it it’s mine. They friended us on instagram.
I get in and they left us some shit which was a nice touch but in a way where “we did it this way so we suggest you keep it this way!”
On one of the doors they did that height thing with their kids “Eddie 5/10/2016!, Tom 4/5/2018!”
So I drew a cock and balls over each one of them with a sharpie and posted it on instagram. The guy is at me door right now trying to get me. He is supposed to be in NC. |
