Only games you meationd worth a shot there was returnal and GT7. Sony should just put them on PC and maybe Xbox and that's all they got they I would ever give a shit about. Nobody gives a hot about astrobot…… just being honest . I'd rather buy a Nintendo for that sort of game anyway and they do it way better.

Xbox is just a convenience device to me, a "PC under the TV". It upscales to 4K and has Quick Resume. It integrates with Windows and has Play Anywhere. Microsoft has a TrillionK so they can afford a slicker experience than Sony.
If Sony had Japanese exclusives, it would be a big deal. Even if they had Western exclusives that aren't Ubisoft-tier games.

You don't get it at all. The reason Cyberpunk is better on PC is that you can brute force it with a $5000 graphics card, and the current consoles don't even have elegant architectures that are even open to being maximized, nor would the current crop of devs (who are content creators rather than engineers) be able to take advantage of complex architectures even if they existed.
This wasn't always the case though. There was a time when consoles functioned very differently from each other, and the gap between consoles and PCs was much smaller because you didn't have brute force graphics cards that cost as much as a used car. And the devs were engineers who knew how to take advantage of each system. Exclusives could often pull off things that simply couldn't be done on PCs at the time. Metal-coded exclusives were pushing performance 50-100% further than multiplatform games on the same hardware.
Now we have a situation where the industry has called a truce and colluded to give up that extra 50-100% performance margin and all just make the Same Game in unreal engine. And the hardware manufacturers are happy to fire all of their engineers and all make the Same Console. So currently, exclusives don't serve much purpose because everything is the Same regardless. But there was a time when things were Different.
