to the point where I can feel the cherry puree, collecting at the top of my esophagus, start to come back out if I lie down too quickly. Consequently I don't go to bed for another two hours or so. I am otherwise pretty restrained - I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, take medicine, or eat to excess in any other part of my life. Indeed, the cherries are excellent fuel for a lengthy morning run under the hot sun. Any downsides to this that I should be aware of?

Make sure they're organic. Cherries and berries are heavily sprayed with pesticides, more so than other produce.

It’s that time of year again. Just pounded a cool 1.75 lbs of Chilean reds. Did yard work the whole day. Wife cooked pork chops on the traeger for dinner. Corn on the cob and cold cold cole slaw. Slammed four Modelo Oros before switching to three bourbon rocks, bourbon is made up by where OYT lives down the road from me.
