The judge parked askew for two minutes in an empty parking lot. The victim ran up on him to intimidate and inconvenience him. He initiated it. And the reason he felt he could do that is most faggots would just walk away. That's what enables this antisocial behavior.

And if you think the judge escalated, think about what is riskier: pulling up on someone in a huge truck or taking their glasses? Impact does matter because we're talking about a reaction, and also whether the Judges parking actually impacted someone. Parking poorly in a crowded parking lot is qualatively different than doing it in am empty one. It impacts how reasonable it is for the victim to initiate a confrontation.

Think about cutting in front of someone in a long queue versus an empty one. In a busy one the person is disregarding others to get an advantage, in am empty one the guy probably didnt realize.

And the fact that the Judge at worst made a minor faux pas is secondary to the fact that the victim initiated. It's similar to imperfect self defense. If you initiate a confrontation it's gay to be indignat if it provokes a reaction it was intended to provoke. The fact that there was bery little reason to initiate emphasizes how the victim is q bitch.

This is an odd impulse, but I am a little glad, since we're going through a period of federal district judges getting into weird trashy trouble, that we got a circuit judge, too, now. I didn't like the optics of it just being the district judges for some reason.
