Actually, 4am-12pm is not terrible if you're WFH.
Go do bed at 8pm, wake up at 330am.
Not too far off from the ideal sleep schedule of 830pm - 430am.
That's 100000000% the better option between the two.

"But I'm not used to waking up before 7am"
It will be easy as fuck once you start going to bed at 8pm every night.
And the key will be to keep your bedtime at no later than 9pm AT THE LATEST during your weeks off.
Consistent bed/wake times are the most underrated lifehack there is.

While I was an undergrad, I had a job where I worked every hour of the clock at least once during the week.
Tues 12am - 9am
Wed 12am - 9am
Thu 5pm - 2am
Fri 11am - 8pm
Sat 6am - 3pm
Back then, I liked it. I had Saturday and Sunday night off. After woke up on Wednesday, I had that night off. I even had Monday night off. But instead of going to bed, I went into work. The worst part was working three shifts in less than 48 hours, but overall the schedule was alright.
