Why do office workers eat so much? Seen them chow down on $24 Panera Lunch

I heard a theory recently from a PhD that they're malnourished in some certain way and the body just craves calories in general trying to make up for it.

Maybe all the soy, corn, seed oils etc are causing a similar thing |
