I don't doubt they've been ordered to plan something like this. That's what units like that do, plan for contingencies. But Israeli special forces would be the ones to actually take risks like that.
There's a lot of talk that an operation like that could only be done by ground troops- it may be buried under too much rock even for B-2s. |

Iran probably didn't plan for special forces assaulting it when they designed it, and I've seen several reports that Israel's plan for the facility is to use special forces if they have to do it alone. If they think the survival of Israel is at stake then it makes sense to take the risk. |

If Russia drops a tac nuke on Ukraine, and Russian troops 10km away detect more radiation than they were expecting, they can just haul ass out of there, find a bunker that's not radioactive, and wait 12 hours.
