Guy who hit fled the scene, but cops found him. I have a witness (driver behind him who stopped to help).
Guy who hit me plead guilty and ended up on probation.
Now I need to give a sworn statement for the UIM claim. Lawyer said it'll last a few hours without giving any details.
Can someone tell me why this shit takes so long, and what I should/shouldn't say? Thank. |
