Public school.
Grandparents and relatives pick up a lot of the early expenses thanks to gifts.
You pretty much just have to pay for healthcare (covered by employer), diapers, and food. GOI

PSA: much of your kids success or failure in life is driven by innate characteristics that you cannot hope to change. Even the best private kindergarten and early childhood tutoring will have only short term effects that wear off by adulthood.
A high percentage of the shit that people do for their kids ultimately has no effect.
