Date: October 27th, 2023 12:53 PM Author: filthy lay the problem with the etfs is that they are made up of a portfolio of bonds purchased over the past decade. so they've got a bunch of 2-3% losers on their books and they charge a small fee so they end up paying less than buying treasuries, -.5-1%. the upside is that they are super liquid so you can trade them. the t-bill etf BIL is pretty close to the current rate though.
