The big expense will be those 1.5-2 foot pots I have to put them in. But I'm okay with a little overhead as long as I make $1 mil+ from this.

I probably get 20,000 of those little helicopter seedlings that fall of the massive tree in my backyard into my lawn every year. I'm going to lease a few acres in the country for cheap, plant them, wait until they are 5 ft or so in a year, and sell them for $75 a piece. That's $1.5 million.
