Moved out of my truck a year ago, and I do have assets.
It was signed in a state that has not adopted the UPAA, although even the UPAA allows for waiver of right to counsel.
He retired and does not have the signed copy- but has written an affidavit stating that we signed it; he also has email evidence from around the time it was signed where he mentions the signed copy.
Also, the signed copy can potentially be subpoenaed from the USCIS (we submitted it as part of her case when she was getting her citizenship).
