i will say that doing manual matrix operations is tedious as fuck and possibly my least favorite thing math-wise. linear algebra is one of my least favorite math courses.

All the standard textbooks have been scanned and are easily available for free .pdf download if you google them. Then find the relevant class website at some random university and look for homework sets/worked solutions.

It's really hard shit though and you should really just take the class. I'm available via email if you have questions tho.
