Pinochet left an excellent constitution and he stepped aside peacefully when he lost an election.

It is fair enough that, 47 years after the good coup, people would like to write a constitution. But if the project is highjacked by identity groups, Marxists, and that unwelcome meddling monster Soros, Chile would inevitably enter a long term decline.
