After the people answering the phone on my order confirmation email had no record of my order, I decided to call the number on my credit card billing statement for the order. First I got Von'Taysha on the line and we started getting into it because apparently I was calling the wrong department. I be like "YO I called the number on my credit card." and she was like "Well yeah that's not our phone number." I felt my blood pressure increasing and I was even craning my neck at one point. Then she transferred me to Sha'Something or other who was like "Oh that's the wrong department because we don't handle orders with those numbers. Let me transfer you." Then I got someone named Ashley who found my order immediately and confirmed it should arrive by July 12. Good grief. Well at least Michigan got Trump in so I'll forgive them this time.
