TSINAH: Rate my Costco’s inspired menu today

My menu for tonight is also costco-inspired: Smoked beef back ribs + watermelon + an arugula/walnut/dried cherry salad I'm making from freshly grown arugula (clipped yesterday) and a homemade honey dijon vinaigrette. |

Put the packet on the direct heat a couple times while I was handling the loin chops. It all came out ready about the same time.
