Date: July 12th, 2025 6:17 PM Author: zippy sound barrier meetinghouse hung a 3 lb fractional olympic weight off a carabiner tethered to my male hanger for 3 sets of 20 min., a total of 1 hr under tension. through progressive overload, i should be hanging 15-20lbs in less than a year. hopefully i can work myself up to 1pl8 in a few years.
starting: 6.5" BPEL, 5.25" girth goal: 9" BPEL, 7" girth
