The most are downhill skiing type events and they're good at those too. |

but one thing i've seen norwegians talk about is how unlike in the US where we train from child specifically to get good at one sport, in norway they just give kids skis and let them fuck around for years and have fun
timely, then, given that the gold medal figure skater apparently did this, she quit the sport years ago and came back recently and was like "only if i get to eat what i want, train how i want, fuck who i want, etc." |
