Article 42(7) Treaty on European Union:

He had that ad during the campaign "Kamala is for they/them, Trump is for you" - that is why huge swathes of people voted for him. I think the WSJ had an article about this and quoted women in their 20s and 30s talking about how that ad spoke to them (and pushed them to support Trump.)
