A friend of mine actually did this he went from nobody to writing for Netflix in a couple years. He just sent out spec scripts. You are way above average for a TV screenwriter if you just put some cohesive shit together you could leave it all behind and make really good money writing TV shows. this current story doesn't really have a 'twist'
honestly while there are lots of great stories that have twists none of the really all time GOAT POATUS short stories
