Anything you put in front of sobriety will be one of the things you lose. There's no reason to white knuckle it when there is a solution. AA saved my life (and many other poasters). Not only did it save my life, it made my life amazing. If you get with the program and stay sober you'll look back on today six months or a year from now and wonder how the hell you ever lived like this.
