For reference, Rory's AoA with driver is +2 to +5

Average LPGA pro is +2.8

What the FUCK kind of weird dark magic are these other PGA guys using to launch it 300 yards hitting down on the ball when it's teed up high to fly?

I always find that a bit surprising because whenever I see the trackman numbers of pros from the range the majority seem to be 0-3 degrees positive. Obviously there are guys like Koepka who are steep on everything and a few degrees down on driver. Probably a result of most guys hitting a cut with driver and choosing the control of not changing set up and ball position as much as required to go from -3 with a fairway wood/hybrid, to positive AoA with driver.

cr. it's just not worth it to use a whole different setup/swing with the driver for those guys.

as for weird dark magic op refers to, equipment optimization/fitting has done a lot imo

Should I copy Anthony Kim's driver swing? He still has the same swing as when he used Nike clubs. Chokes up like crazy and tees it low to GO iirc

He really does have a great, easy on the body, repeatable swing.

I'm so depressed about my driver man

Was getting 250-260 total yards at my peak last fall

At the range yesterday couldn't carry it 200 consistently

I'm hoping it's because I was using a 2.75 inch rubber tee vs my normal 2.25 that I forgot to bring (translates to ~1.5 inches off ground which seems in the lower range like AK uses)
