This is from several pretty right wing individuals, but all of whom live in CA. If you live in CA you interact with the hispanic population every single day and are likely friendly with a number of people you see daily whether it be the coffee shop, getting gas, grabbing a delicious burrito etc.
All of a sudden when you start seeing these types of hard working people get swept up in ICE raids, many of whom have been here for over 20 years, ppl start to question it I think.
