I do but im also in the midst of a divorce and grew up to be a very codependent adult. It was super helpful in terms of getting me to leave a pretty unhappy marriage and to recognize certain patterns.
Once I kinda got the basis for my issues and my patterns its not cognitively very difficult to make the connections and make the subsequent changes to live a happier life which is where im at now and will likely end it(therapy) relatively sooon. I've been going for roughly 2-3 years.
